These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the services provided by BE PANDORA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Evolve", "we", "us"), through evolve-expert.com. Evolve is a brand operated by BE PANDORA LLC. By ordering our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Evolve designs, builds, hosts and maintains custom websites, CRM systems and business applications, sold as monthly subscription plans (Showcase site, Tool, Platform), plus a standalone accounting and finance tool for US LLCs, with a one-time setup fee where applicable. The plan, the setup fee and the monthly price applicable to you are those stated in your individual order. All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and exclude any applicable taxes.

2. Subscriptions and billing

The setup fee is due at order. The monthly subscription is billed in advance, each month, starting the day your website or tool goes live. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we never store your card details.

3. Commitment period and cancellation

The Tool and Platform plans carry an initial commitment period of 12 months, which covers the discounted setup work. The Showcase site and the LLC Accounting & Finance tool carry no commitment beyond the first month. After the commitment period, you may cancel at any time with one month written notice by email. Upon cancellation, you receive a full export of your data in standard formats, and your site and tool remain online for 30 days to allow transition.

4. Price guarantee

The monthly price stated in your order is guaranteed for the lifetime of your subscription and will not be increased.

5. Your data

All business data you enter into your tool (contacts, files, quotes, history) remains your property. You can export it at any time. The software code and technical platform remain the property of Evolve; you are granted an exclusive right of use for the duration of your subscription. A code transfer can be quoted separately.

6. Our obligations

We provide hosting, daily backups, security updates and bug fixes for the duration of the subscription, with the support response times stated in your order. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of BE PANDORA LLC arising out of or related to the services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses caused by third-party services beyond our control.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall first be addressed in good faith between the parties.
