Monthly subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and start only when your website or tool goes live. You may cancel after your commitment period (12 months for Tool and Platform; no commitment beyond the first month for the Showcase site and the LLC Accounting & Finance tool) with one month written notice by email. Months already billed are not refunded, but service continues until the end of the paid period, and your site and tool remain online for 30 days after cancellation for transition.

Setup fees

Setup fees cover design and build work. They are refundable in full if you cancel before work has started, and non-refundable once the build has begun. If we fail to deliver the agreed initial version, you are entitled to a full refund of the setup fee.

Faulty service

If your tool is unavailable or materially defective and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, contact us — we will credit or refund the affected period.
